bathroom is done

good news DMO, I just saved a bunch of money by redoing my downstairs bathroom by myself. Project started in late April is 99.9% done... three more pieces of trim need to be sanded and final coat painted.

thank god.

more fence is up. The project was dubbed: operation Rob Frost. In this case, good fences keep crappy neighbors out of site.
